So guys like i was saying i finally painted my Master Small Bedroom. At first i thought it was a weird colour and i was debating on repainting it but now that its had time to sit, I realize i love it. Its SO fresh but tranquil.
Of course Kane had to be in the pictures SO hes relaxing on my bed in his diaper with his tool box close by. As you can see i also made a piece of artwork to go above my bed. Not sure if I'm gonna keep it here or more it somewhere else. I got the idea when i was looking at yet another blog. Jones Design Company had posted a blog on how she made faux wallpaper by painting a pattern on her wall. Which looks like this :
She got the inspiration from Draperies from Ballard Designs. I got inspiration from her and decided to download her template and make 4 cohesive wall prints. Which turned out cute but now I'm thinking i want to do this all over my bedroom. It would take forever, but look amazing.
I also got my black mirror that was sitting in the kitchen hung up in my bedroom so i can check out my outfits.
I didn't get my closet painted but Craig is planning on installing a organized closet system, which would be nice. 3/4 of the closet is his anyways.
So i do need to find a dresser still, change the lighting, paint the cubby white and maybe change the curtains but its ONE STEP CLOSER.

One of the many blogs i follow (the Country Chic Cottage) posted a tutorial on how to make this Coffee filter wreaths which is totally amazing a springy. So you know i had to try it because its SO inexpensive and beautiful. First i started out colouring some coffee filters with gel food colouring and water but unfortunately i didn't like they way my colours turned out. It was to load and screamy and i wanted soft and suttle. SO i choose to do it all white for my first wreath, But I'm definitely gonna try more done with tea or coffee or even red wine. Also you can make these with cupcake liners for a tighter smaller wreath. The sky is the limit with options for these wreaths, i think they will be fabulous.
Heres a look at some other wreaths aswellSo everyone hop on over the country chic cottage and make one of these great wreaths. I think this one is going on my front door soon until then it will hang in my entrance way.

Kitchen Floor & Buffet Update
Day 6- We started working on the dining room area of the floor. We have the old laminate cut and removed and we installed the underlay
Day 7- I got the tile laid except one spot where craig needs to fix and finish putting underlay down before i can finish laying my tile. It's starting to come together
Now we need to grout and seal the grout, and install baseboard trim.
On another note i started stripping my buffet tonight. Just the top to see how the paint would come up. Literally took me 20 mins to peel the paint off. First i used the scrapper with the stripper which worked great and then i used an old toothbrush with the the stripper and it worked awesome so heres how shes looking
